Key Responsibilities
As a Teacher of Maths at Moreton School, your main responsibilities will include:
- Fostering a love for Mathematics in our students
- Delivering engaging lessons, and preparing our young learners for a future beyond our corridors.
- Offer a range of unique opportunities for our students outside of the curriculum offer
- Mastery teaching
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Maths
- Experience in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Ability to contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum
- Have a commitment to continuous improvement in teaching and learning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to promoting the school's ethos and values
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in teaching GCSE RE
- Ability to offer unique opportunities for students outside the curriculum
- Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
