Teacher of Maths job summary
The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Maths Team. We are looking for someone who can inspire engagement in the classroom and capture the enthusiasm pupils have for learning Maths. The successful applicant will be highly motivated to inspire pupils across all levels, from ages 11–16, and in the Sixth Form where appropriate.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities to join our passionate, hard-working and friendly Maths Faculty:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- A passion for excellence in the teaching of Maths
- The ability to maintain and raise standards of student attainment and achievement and to monitor and support student progress
- The capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
