Teacher of Maths/ KS5 Co-ordinator of Maths

89% GCSE English and Maths at 9-4
46% of all GCSE grades achieved were 9-7

An opportunity has arisen for a teacher of Maths to join our very successful school from September 2022. The successful applicant will be able to teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 with dedication and enthusiasm and there is the opportunity to teach KS5 for the right candidate. You will work well as part of a collaborative team and will be committed to sustaining improvements in the teaching and learning of Mathematics. You will be joining a cohesive, innovative, professional and highly effective team of specialists.
In addition, there may a TLR payment available for a suitably experienced candidate to lead KS5 Maths. The successful applicant will have every opportunity to progress due to the school’s highly developed and personalised approach to training and professional development.

The John Henry Newman School is a popular 11-18 mixed Catholic comprehensive school in Stevenage, and is a member of the Diocese of Westminster Academy Trust.
