What skills and experience we're looking for
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher to join our maths faculty, with additional responsibility for pastoral leadership of one of our four houses. The post will suit a teacher with a proven record of raising student achievement.
The role is suitable for an already established leader or an ambitious practitioner looking to take their first steps in middle leadership.
Hall Park Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member ofRedhill College of Leadership and Developmentand as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regionalTeaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
