Join us as a Teacher of MFL - (French and German specialism) , where you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality learning, utilising a range of teaching and learning strategies to ensure student success.
This position requires a professional who is aware of strategies for improving learning, understands curriculum developments, and is creative in finding solutions to enhance student performance.

About the Department:
The languages department at Outwood Academy Ripon consists of 2 full time members of staff, who teach both French and German. We currently teach Year 7 to Year 11. All Y7 follow a duo course, which means they are studying both French and German. Teachers have their own classroom. MFL is a vibrant department in the academy and uptake at GCSE is strong. Although the team is small, the quality of teaching and learning is outstanding and results have consistently been well above national average. We would love you to join our wonderful department here at Ripon.
