Approximately 16.25-19.5 hours per week (0.5 to 0.6 FTE)

Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale for Outer London, depending on experience, currently £18,935 to £28,077 for 0.5 FTE (£22,722 to £33,692 for 0.6 FTE) - full time equivalent salary is £37,870 to £56,154

Starting date: 1 September 2026

We are looking to recruit an innovative, motivated and exciting part-time Teacher of MFL, Spanish, who can teach up to A’level and have the ability to teach French as a second language at KS3. Languages are strong throughout Waldegrave and we have an excellent uptake at A’level.  Students enjoy their lessons and develop great relationships with staff. We recognise the importance of developing the teaching and learning expertise within the department and make effective use of links with local schools to support CPD as well as external providers.  We welcome applications from experienced as well as newly qualified teachers.
