What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exceptional opportunity, and a rare one, to be part of a brand new, all-through school. We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and inspirational ECT or established MFL Teacher to teach predominantly across the secondary phase of our new all-through school. Your role is crucial: together, we will lay the foundations for excellence. If you are excited by this unique opportunity, we want to hear from you.
What the school offers its staff
At Matford Brook Academy, we write our story. We are a new, all-through school opening in September 2023 at the heart of a growing community. Our mission is to provide an excellent all-through education that empowers children to believe they can, and should, change the world around them. We have the highest of aspirations for every child in our school, supported by a commitment to building strong relationships.
Our pioneer cohorts of children will join in Nursery/Preschool, Reception and Year 7. With unique features such as daily family dining, an extended school day (and a 2pm finish on Fridays) and a ‘cradle to career’ aspiration for holistic support for our families, we look forward to hearing from colleagues who are inspired by our vision for Matford Brook Academy.
We are part of the Ted Wragg Trust, an ambitious and inclusive trust of schools strengthening our communities through excellent education.
