What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and outstanding practitioner to join our Languages Department. The successful candidate will have the aim and vision to drive up standards in the classroom and to raise the achievement of all students.

Languages is a highly valued part of our school curriculum with students in KS3 coursed to study German and French or German and Spanish, with all subjects recruiting to GCSE.

The ability to teach Spanish and either French or German to GCSE standard is essential.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our young people and we expect staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check is required and will be applied for on appointment of the successful candidate an on-line check will also be applied for at the shortlisting stage.
