An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and talented language specialist to join our dynamic forward-thinking Modern Foreign Languages Team. You will be part of a welcoming, supportive and vibrant faculty with a real sense of community.
Modern Languages are rebuilding their approach and curriculum to support the school ambition for all students to enjoy and be successful in a second language.
Our successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative practitioner who is passionate for their subject to enthuse students to embrace language learning, playing a vital role in development, instilling confidence to encourage students to achieve their highest potential.
They will have excellent understanding of both subject and general teaching pedagogy, being someone who values working as part of a team whose desire is to see languages develop excellence across the school. This is a unique opportunity to really grow your subject knowledge within a supportive environment.
The department currently teaches French and Spanish to GCSE and A Level students who go on to study Languages, Linguistics and a range of subjects in combination with languages at university.
