Teacher of Music Post : Teacher of Music Responsible to : Head of Music Salary : Teacher Pay Scale Working Pattern : Full time Closing date : 13 May 2022 Interviews : Week commencing Monday 16 May 2022 Start Date : 1 September 2022 Moreton School are seeking an outstanding, passionate and committed teacher to join our highly successful and thriving Music Department, where the standards are high and strive for excellence and can provide a transformational education for all of our students. The successful individual will have:- • Excellent teaching skills and interpersonal skills • Excellent subject knowledge in Music and Music Technology (desirable but not essential) • The ability to positively impact on the teaching, learning and enrichment within the Music Department to support strong student progress. • A commitment to supporting young people to maximise their academic and personal potential. Alongside a curriculum that offers breadth and ambition, strong pastoral support ensures students are kept safe and are well looked after and ensures a sense of family is felt throughout Moreton.
