Stationers’ Crown Woods Academy is looking for a Teacher of PE to join our committed PE team from September 2024.We are looking for a motivated professional who share a common sense of purpose and high expectations of what students can achieve. The successful candidate will deliver high quality lessons both practically and in the classroom.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and high-performing PE teacher who is committed to pushing themselves further and achieving amazing things with and for their pupils. We believe in high expectations and a sense of collaborative and positive enthusiasm which brings out the best in our team.
At SCWA we are totally committed to ensuring that all students can access, engage and more importantly enjoy physical education. We understand the importance of PE and extra-curricular activities in allowing students to progress in their educational journey.

This position is offered on a permanent, full time basis offering MPS/UPS+ Inner London Allowance, commensurate with experience.

Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st April 2024, our Trust comprises 32 geographically organised academies (16 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating more than 20,000 students and employing 3,000 talented staff. Nearly 40% of our academies are judged outstanding overall by Ofsted, versus 15% nationally. The Trust is establishing four ‘clusters’ of academies: North Kent; Central Kent; South East London; Medway.
