Teacher of Performing Arts and Music job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate Teacher of Performing Arts and Music to join our team at The Birley Academy. We have been on a journey of rapid improvement and this has borne fruit in inspection and in the culture of our school every day.
We have five core values of respect, kindness, courage, integrity and ambition and we expect all pupils and staff to demonstrate these each day.
We are looking for someone who has confidence in their subject knowledge, is keen to develop their pedagogy and practice to be an outstanding practitioner, and who is excited to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure our pupils have the best curriculum offer in the city.
