Teacher of Physics job summary

Following the promotion of the current post-holder, applications are invited from well-qualified teachers of Physics. This post is either suitable for an NQT or a first step into a leadership role for the right candidate. A strong desire to motivate students and staff to achieve excellent progress is crucial in an environment in which “Pupils display a thirst for learning” and there is“…first-rate behaviour in classrooms and around the academy” (Ofsted, 2016).

Should a TLR 2.1 (currently £2,792pa) be awarded, the Leadership roles and responsibilities will be agreed with the Learning Leader, in line with the priorities of the Science Subject Improvement Plan.
