What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Religious and Personal Studies to join our RPS faculty.
The post could suit an NQT as well as a more experienced candidate with a background in Theology, Philosophy, Law or Politics, who have trained as either Religious Studies or Citizenship teachers.
The RPS faculty is a valued department with all students in years 7-11 studying a core program of Religious Studies, Citizenship and PSHE. Religious Studies and Citizenship GCSE are offered as full course option subjects. Philosophy and Ethics is also offered at KS5 with ambitions to expand into other areas. The Academy is keen to support educational visits and enrichment activities.
