What skills and experience we're looking for

The Stephen Longfellow Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Teacher of Science. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy - the successful applicant will be responsible for teaching and supporting students to achieve their full potential within science.

Potential applicants should have:

  • A good honours degree in the relevant subject area.
  • Knowledge and experience of intervention strategies with a focus on SEND needs.
  • Successful record of teaching science including very good exam results.
