Our individualised approach to learning combines lessons delivered by experts and draws on real world examples. Appropriate technologies, which reflect the tools of the workplace, are used creatively and intelligently to enrich learning and work in partnership to connect parents, students, employers and teachers. 


 We are unique in having both a cryogenics lab and a scanning electron Microscope, normally only found in Higher Educational establishments. UTC Oxfordshire is the establishment of choice for STEM students and professionals transforming lives through learning. Due to an anticipated increase in student numbers in September 2022 we are recruiting high calibre staff in the sciences. 

 We welcome ambitious and forward thinking ECTs as well as experienced teachers.

The UTC opened in September 2015 in a new state of the art building. This is not only a relatively new school, but a new approach to educating 14-19 year olds; which is possibly the most exciting change in the education landscape in decades. All students at UTC Oxfordshire specialise in either Engineering or Science; at 14 they will also study a rich and balanced curriculum and at Post 16 the curriculum becomes more specialist. At capacity, we will be educating 600 students who will all have a passion for Engineering or Computing; it truly is an inspirational environment. Our school hours are 8.30am to 4pm. UTC Oxfordshire is centrally located with excellent transport links close by.
