Charters School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher of Science to join us in September 2026. ECTs and more experienced teachers are most welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will be:

Committed to promoting high-quality teaching of Science (Chemistry, Physics and or Biology)

Inspire students to have a passion for the subject and have high expectations of all students

An excellent classroom practitioner with an understanding of high-quality learning and ensuring Science is a vibrant subject within the school community.

Experienced at teaching Science KS3 & KS4 (KS5 desirable).

Charters School is a heavily oversubscribed 11-18 comprehensive school with 1,710 students on roll, including 390 in the Sixth Form.
