What skills and experience we're looking for
At Castlefield Campus, we are looking for a passionate Science Teacher with excellent subject knowledge, who can deliver outstanding Science lessons to pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The successful candidate will co-ordinate Science at Castlefield Campus, whilst working collaboratively with other science teachers across the Endeavour Federation, to ensure a high quality provision for all pupils . The role also involves delivering aspects of the emotional curriculum and PSHCE to their assigned form group. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of assessment and provide support to the invention team, responsible for delivering science interventions across the school. In addition, the successful candidate will understand the importance of high quality planning, preparation and marking, to achieve the best outcomes for all pupils. As part of our small and welcoming team at Castlefield Campus you will enthuse and motivate pupils to strive for success, whilst maintaining a positive learning environment for all.

Castlefield Campusis a Special School for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. We have recently expanded our provision and now have a brand-new building which has been designed to deliver our therapeutic vision.
