What skills and experience we're looking for
We welcome applications from candidates from a range of experience levels: we are confident in our capacity and ability to coach those new to the profession to become outstanding practitioners, and as such this role could be perfect for a well-qualified but recently trained graduate. For the right candidate, we may offer an opportunity to be supported and coached into a subject leadership position. Whatever the experience level, we are looking for candidates with strong qualifications who are confident in teaching Science from Years 7-13.

Entries into separate sciences at GCSE are consistently high (Nearly 50%) and many of these students go on to take up Science at A level, which are consistently popular.
