We are seeking a creative and motivated Teacher of SEND to join our dedicated Inclusion team. We are pleased to offer flexible working arrangements, considering full-time or part-time applicants. The role:

  • Deliver Targeted Interventions: Lead small-group and 1:1 sessions focusing on literacy, numeracy, and social communication

  • Support Mainstream Integration: Work alongside subject specialists to adapt and differentiate the curriculum across various Key Stages.

  • Be a Lead Professional: Act as a key point of contact for parents, external agencies, and the SENCO to ensure EHCP targets are meaningful and met.

  • Advocate for Neurodiversity: Foster an environment where students feel understood, safe, and empowered to succeed.
