The role:
Deliver high-quality lessons across KS4 and KS5 (Level 2 and Level 3 vocational qualifications).
Foster an environment where students feel supported and encouraged.
Contribute to the development of innovative resources and curriculum planning.
Support students through internal assessments and external examinations with a focus on high achievement and "value-added" progress.
