The person we are seeking will be:

- Able to foster a safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment for all students.
- Able to teach Sociology at KS4 and KS5 and KS3 RE in a challenging and inspiring way, skilled in the use of technology to enhance learning, and fully committed to helping students achieve the highest standards of academic success.
- Passionate about social issues, critical thinking and developing students’ understanding of society, identity, inequality and social change.
- Enthusiastic about ongoing CPD and excited to fully engage with our dynamic model for Professional Growth.
- We would welcome applications from both ECTs and more experienced colleagues.
- A Sociology and RE specialist (with the ability to contribute to other Social Science subjects considered an advantage).
