We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Sociology teacher to join our high achieving and over subscribed 11 - 16 community school. The successful candidates will join our highly effective Humanities faculty and work and develop within our enthusiastic team to teach all age ranges and have the ability to teach KS3 RE. We are one of few schools in Hampshire to offer GCSE Sociology and our pleasing GCSE uptake and results are a testament to the innovative and meaningful curriculum provided. We are dedicated to enhancing young peoples’ lives and we aim to provide a world class education through developing our pupils’ Habits of Mind. We are proud that the school has featured towards the top of the Hampshire league tables for value added results for the last two years and we have been recognised for our work with vulnerable pupils by winning the Regional Pupil Premium Award.
