Teacher of Spanish job summary
East Lane Primary School was opened in April 2017 and in November 2019 was judged ‘Outstanding’ in every category by Ofsted in its first full inspection (Please click here for the full report). It is housed in a new and purpose-built £14 million building with exceptional resources and is located adjacent to Wembley High. This provides our children with an ‘all-through’ experience of outstanding schools. East Lane Primary School is a 3-form entry school with pupils from Reception to Year 6. Our results to date for Early Years, Phonics, KS1 and KS2 have been amongst the highest in Brent and significantly above the national averages, and we are looking to continue this success as the school moves forward.
What the school offers its staff
All teachers at East Lane receive a comprehensive, structured programme, delivered by highly-trained mentors and bespoke to the individual’s needs. As part of the WMAT, we also have the Teaching School Hub which spans Brent, Barnet and Enfield and is based at WHTC. Teachers can undertake NPQs with us and have the opportunity to develop their experience with an area they would wish to gain further expertise. If you are keen to develop as an outstanding leader or practitioner, then we would love to hear from you.
