Trinity Academy Bradford continues on its transformational journey. Our vision is simple, yet clear – to provide our students with an outstanding education and experiences that will give them the platform to go on to achieve their potential and beyond. We are proud that our recent Ofsted inspection (March 2024) has recognised this commitment to our staff and students, as we achieved ‘Good with Outstanding’, despite taking on an inadequate school only 3 years ago. Ofsted further commented that, ‘Pupils’ high-quality work and improved performance in published examination outcomes in many subjects reflect the quality of education they receive’ and that ‘Trust leaders prioritise this’ and are ‘taking decisive action to improve the quality of education and care that pupils receive’. Furthermore, ‘the way the school supports students to develop their character is exemplary’, providing experiences which ‘support them to stand out from others as well as giving them a broad experience of different careers’. Trinity Academy Bradford (TAB) joined Trinity Multi Academy Trust in 2021 and it continues its journey of rapid improvement which has seen numerous doors opened and opportunities created for our students and staff alike.

At the heart of our improvement are high standards and expectations both of our students but also of our staff. These lay the foundation for creating a positive working environment that is conducive to promoting high quality teaching and learning provision.

Central to our aims is the development of both our teaching and support staff. CPD plays a crucial role in embedding our tried and tested teaching and learning strategies. Our varied CPD programme draws on expertise from across the trust and as a result staff have the opportunity to take part in a range of sessions that focus on improving the education our students receive.

Our Quality Assurance processes create a culture of support and development. All staff play an active part in this and are regularly encouraged to share good practice across the academy and wider trust. Our systems go hand in hand with our CPD provision and where development opportunities are identified bespoke CPD is put in place.
We pride ourselves on outstanding pastoral systems that support all of our students.

At TAB, the Behaviour for Learning Policy (BfL) is implemented to ensure that lessons take place without disruption. Robust systems are in place to that allow teachers to teach and drive up standards in the classroom. Running alongside the BfL Policy are our highly motivated pastoral team who provide support at every level for our students.

At TAB, attention to detail, culture and consistency are words that epitomise our belief that with dedication and hard work our students can achieve and exceed their potential.

We have been selected by the Government as part of their national School Rebuilding Programme and we currently in the middle of an exciting project with school buildings being replaced or refurbished, providing modern, state of the art facilities from classrooms and science labs to sports halls and dining rooms.
