The successful candidate will:

  • Teach in a well-equipped classroom

Essential

  • Design and Technology related degree or equivalent
  • Ability and experience of teaching design and technology at 11-16
  • The adaptability to be able to teach across D&T specialisms

Desirable

  • Ability to teach all design and technology specialisms at key stage 3 (Food, Engineering, RM, design skills and Textiles).
  • Subject knowledge of Engineering and Product Design principles at key stage 4 and 5.
  • Experience of curriculum development and sharing expertise.
