What the school offers its staff

If you enjoy teaching in a happy and unrivaled environment, where we are able to push the boundaries of what students are able to achieve in secondary art education then we would love to hear from you. It is a rewarding place to work, with delightful students and staff and an ethos where everyone is valued and no child is left behind. Ofsted found TPS to be outstanding in all areas during its last inspection.

The successful candidate will fully embrace the school’s Enjoy, Respect, Achieve ethos, and be a team player who wants to give every student exceptional outcomes and an unrivalled experience.
