What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced Key Stage 1 teacher who is able to deliver inspiring and creative lessons that will bring the curriculum to life for our pupils.
More specifically,
- has recent, successful experience and strength teaching in Key Stage 1 and a solid understanding of curriculum requirements during this phase of learning.
- has high expectations for children's achievements and behaviour.
- a strength in teaching maths.
- has a love for learning and a wide understanding of how children learn.
- is eager to contribute to all aspects of our school community and work closely as part of our team to achieve the very best outcomes for our pupils.

Treleigh School is a Maintained Primary School located in Redruth, Cornwall graded as 'Good' in all areas by Ofsted in October 2023. We have a strong and well supported curriculum and work closely as a team in phases. Pupils behaviour at the school is of a very high standard and we have the same high expectations of our staff.
