- A belief that primary education should be a lively, stimulating, enjoyable experience which achieves high standards and prepares children for secondary school

What the school offers its staff
We are looking to appoint a positive, highly motivated teacher to join our team from September 2026. The vacancy is for a full-time, permanent post although part-time applications would also be welcomed.
Rickmansworth Park is a thriving, happy school (judged ‘outstanding’ in all areas in Ofsted June 2025) with extremely well behaved children who love to learn. We recognise that our staff are one of our greatest assets and we have very high levels of staff retention and excellent CPD opportunities.
