We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher (SEN) to join our fantastic team at Camberwell Park Specialist School

This is a permanent, full time role on Teaching terms, the salary for this post is MPS-UPS + SEN allowance.

The role

We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teacher who is:

  • Passionate about inclusive, personalised learning
  • Creative, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Motivated to raise achievement and life chances for pupils with SEND

You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet a wide range of needs
  • Create a nurturing, structured environment where pupils feel safe and confident to learn
  • Work closely with families, therapists, and external agencies to support pupil progress
  • Contribute to interventions that raise achievement and support wellbeing
  • Play an active role in the wider life of the school and its ongoing improvement journey

Who we’re looking for

We welcome applications from qualified teachers who have:

  • A strong commitment to SEN and inclusive education
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience of, or a strong interest in, working with pupils with communication needs, severe, profound, or complex learning difficulties
  • The ability to reflect on and develop their practice in line with professional standards
