What skills and experience we're looking for
St Ignatius Catholic Primary School are looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic Teacher to work in KS2. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive staff team and nurture young minds by creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in inspiring our children, helping them reach their full potential through outstanding teaching practice with the ability to engage children of all abilities.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can motivate, challenge and inspire children to achieve their best
- Will positively support the Catholic ethos of the school
- Is a highly effective classroom practitioner with high expectations, creative approaches to learning and a strong belief in teamwork and collaboration
- Will be inspirational in their teaching, delivering lively and interesting lessons which positively impact on learning
- Has excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Is fair, consistent and able to manage behaviour
- Is committed to inclusion
