Teacher job summary

This role involves responsibility for the teaching and learning of KS2, including leading a team that consists of an HLTA and a Teaching Assistant.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and supporting your team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Implementing and managing three EHCPs and creating individual education plans for SEND pupils.
  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress, ensuring effective preparation for KS2 SATs in May.
  • Building strong communication with parents to foster positive partnerships.
  • Creating an inspiring, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
