What skills and experience we're looking for

The Baird Primary Academy have an exciting opportunity for an Teacher to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher to deliver high quality teaching to our pupils (this could be KS1 or KS2), to nurture, inspire and motivate our children. You will have a sound understanding of the breadth of content covered across primary subjects combined with effective teaching, organisational and communication skills.

We are seeking someone who:

  • is capable of working with children in an enthusiastic and positive manner
  • maintains high standards of learning and pupil progress
  • is punctual and reliable
  • has the desire to encourage every child to succeed
