About this Role
We have a vacancy for a full time, KS2 SEN Teacher in The Den.
Job Overview
Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher
Plan, organise and lead well structured individualised sessions to KS2 children with EHCPs
Support pupils with a range of communication profiles including SLCN, autism spectrum conditions and associated learning needs
Direct and supervise the assigned class SEN TA's
Working with families, staff and external professionals to secure positive outcomes for the children
Demonstrate good subject and SEND Code of Practice knowledge
