Teacher Vacancy at St. Andrew's Primary School job summary

St. Andrew's Primary School is looking to recruit a highly professional practitioner to be based in Year 6. We can offer you the opportunity to work in a good and improving school together with a hard working team of professionals committed to helping children realise their full potential, with the challenge of working in a diverse setting. You will be a highly motivated, excellent class teacher with high expectations. You will have the ability to motivate and engage all learners, have a clear understanding of how children learn and be a good communicator who is able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. The successful candidate must have experience of teaching Year 6 within the last 2 years and an interest in leading PE across the school is desirable but not essential. This is a full-time, permanent position working 1.0 FTE, 39 weeks per year Closing date for applications is 12 noon on Tuesday 18th May 2021. Interviews will be held on Monday 24th May 2021.
