St Therese of Lisieux Catholic Multi Academy Trust Teacher with SENCO Responsibilities required - 19094 Salary MPS 1 – MPS 6 (£23,720 - £35,008) With SEN Allowance per annum Based at St Joseph’s Catholic Voluntary Academy, Cleethorpes This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed Catholic Multi Academy Trust. St Thérèse of Lisieux CMAT is one of four newly created Catholic Multi Academy Trusts (CMAT’s) in the Diocese of Nottingham, which provides consistent, proactive and high quality support and services to all our head teachers, senior leaders and trustees. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed SENCo to join St Joseph’s Catholic Academy, who will also be a member of the leadership team. This candidate will strategically lead the direction and development of inclusion and SEN provision, help to raise standards of student attainment and achievement, and strategically plan for improvement by managing and deploying financial and physical resources. We are seeking a proactive SENCo who is also a KS2 teacher who will support the delivery of high quality teaching and learning and who will inspire our children to achieve their full potential. You do not need to be a practising Catholic but must be committed to working within a Christian ethos. This vacancy does require a qualified SENCO, ideally someone with the National SENCO award or someone commitment to obtaining this qualification within 12 months.
