What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Teacher who will inspire every pupil to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons, create a positive learning environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider Trust.
About You
- A degree (or equivalent) and QTS.
- Proven strategies to support learning for all pupils, including those with additional needs.
- Creativity and flexibility in your teaching approach.
- Strong behaviour management skills that build mutual respect.
- A willingness to embrace technology and new ways of working.
- A growth mindset and commitment to your own professional learning.
