What skills and experience we're looking for
- A caring and supportive teacher who has the needs of our children and families firmly at the heart of what they do
- A strong classroom practitioner who is committed to inspiring and motivating pupils of all needs, abilities and starting points. The skills set and motivation to take on subject leadership if appropriate
- Excellent curriculum knowledge and experience in planning and delivering a high-quality curriculum
- A good team player with strong communication and interaction skills. Able to have an understanding of the joys and flexibilities needed to work in a small school.
- A positive person who looks for new adventures for children and staff to explore.
