What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic, skilled and inspiring teachers to join our very successful English Faculty. Applicants would teach across KS3, KS4 and KS5 English.
One role will offer a TLR responsibility as Engagement and Reading Lead. The postholder will also be responsible for:
- organising curriculum based enrichment opportunities for students
- ensuring stretchand challenge across the department
- supporting the continued growth of numbers choosing to study English at A level
- leading reading across the academy, supporting the work of the Assistant Headteacher responsible for KS3 Progress and Inclusion.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
