West Walton CP School is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Teaching and Learning Assistant Level 1 to join our friendly and hardworking team.

About the Role:
As a Level 1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
- Work with individuals or small groups of pupils to help them access the curriculum.
- Provide additional support to pupils with specific educational needs.
- Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist with general classroom organisation and administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with children.
- Is patient, flexible, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Works well as part of a team and shows initiative.
- Has good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent).
- Ideally has experience in a school setting (though not essential – training will be provided).
