Teaching and Learning Assistant job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching & Learning Assistant to work with identified SEN pupils and booster groups of pupils. The role of the post-holder is to support teachers in teaching and learning throughout the school.

For the right person, this post will offer a variety of challenges, experiences and opportunities for professional development. Applicants must have good written, verbal and listening skills.

We would particularly like to encourage applications from candidates who have experience of working with young people with any of the following:
• autism spectrum conditions
• speech, language and communication needs
• social, emotional and mental health needs
