Teaching and Learning Lead job summary

The EEF have identified that great teaching is the most important lever to improve pupil outcomes particularly for disadvantaged pupils and to the lay the foundations for future success. We are looking to appoint one member of staff to work across our Trust with a focus on ensuring every teacher in Balmoral Learning Trust delivers high quality, evidence based teaching.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to working collaboratively across the Trust
  • Will work effectively with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to develop a Teaching and Learning Strategy based upon the best available evidence.
  • Is an exceptional classroom practitioner who can both model and coach effective teaching strategies to both teaching and support staff.
