Job Title: Teaching Assistant / Teaching and Learning Mentor (TLM)
Salary: TLM Level 3 point 7 to 11
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, term time + 2 weeks.
Required: September 2026

The post is an exciting opportunity to work in a special school for Social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). Riverside Meadows creates a unique therapeutic environment supporting secondary aged pupils and operates on two sites at St Neots and Wisbech. Our Wisbech site has recently moved into this fabulous new school, feel free to come on down to take a look.
Riverside Meadows Academy are seeking a Teaching Assistant / Teaching and Learning Mentor for our special school for secondary pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs in Wisbech. You will assist pupils overtime to access curriculum activities, raise standards of attainment and learning to access wider options for their employability, support for literacy and communication skills including digital literacy, prepare for pupils for safe access to the wider community, to recognise the challenges and how to gain future support and services as adults.
