Teaching and Learning Support Assistant - Level 3 job summary
The St Bart's Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with Governors, staff and children of Saint Nathaniel's Academy are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our hard working and committed team.
At Saint Nathaniel's Academy our children come first. High expectations, mutual trust and respect are underpinned by a warm, supportive ethos. The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of caring, enthusiastic, dedicated staff, who are well-supported by their Senior Leadership Team.
This is a maternity cover post for two terms in the initial instance. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to share a short story or activity with a small group of children prior to a face to face interview on Friday 22nd May.

Job Purpose:
To work with teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan.
