We are looking for:

a teaching assistant who either holds a relevant qualification or is working towards one•

a teaching assistant with a passion for learning and the pursuit of excellence for all of our community•

someone who builds positive, effective relationships with children, their families, staff, governors and the wider community•

a teaching assistant who wants to work as part of a team to shape our vision and practice in an evolving time for education

Norwood Community Primary School is a single form entry primary school in Gunthorpe which is on the North East outskirts of the diverse city of Peterborough. Our catchment area is made up of predominately owner occupied dwellings with mainly families from a white British background, however due the changing dynamics of the area, a greater diversity of social, ethnic and cultural backgrounds are joining our school and community.

We have a maximum of 30 children per year group from Reception through to Year 6 and annually our Reception places are much sought after by families dwelling both in and out of catchment addresses.
