What skills and experience we're looking for

Do you have experience of working with young people aged 3 – 11?

Are you an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant looking to join a warm and welcoming school?With a talent for engaging children you will be required to work flexibly across all age groups and abilities in a role that complements the work of our teachers.

You will work in 1:1 situations, cover small groups and provide general classroom support, the role varies form day to day. You may support children who have varying profound needs, from SEN needs to behavioural and emotional needs.

The role will include some intimate care.

There will be opportunities to develop within the school and make a valued contribution to our children's learning.

This is a temporary role starting as soon as possible, fixed term until 31st August 2025. You will be working for 30 hours per week, term time only.
