We are committed to improving outcomes and transforming lives, realising social mobility, and the transformative power of education.

We value the difference in all our schools while bringing them together around a shared framework that delivers an enriching experience and a high-quality education for all our young people. Our work is underpinned by our core values of trust, kindness, and endeavour, and we are committed to collaboration, consistency, and excellence across our schools.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly ambitious school and make a real difference to students’ learning and development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

You will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, contribute to lesson delivery, and play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning. Your work will support both academic progress and the wider development of students’ confidence, independence, and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and a positive, proactive approach to supporting young people. You will be an integral part of the team, helping to maintain high expectations and a supportive and inclusive school culture.

If you are passionate about supporting young people and want to be part of a school that is transforming lives, we would be delighted to hear from you.

  • A confident communicator who is approachable and professional.
  • A team player who works well with staff and students in a busy school environment.
  • A positive role model who demonstrates high expectations and professionalism.
  • Someone who values inclusion and supports all students to succeed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience of supporting students in a school or similar setting (desirable).
  • Can build positive relationships with students and encourage engagement in learning.
  • Is able to support individuals and small groups, adapting to different learning needs.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with staff, students, and parents where appropriate.
  • Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing.
  • Is confident using IT systems (e.g. Arbor, Microsoft Office) to support learning and school processes.
  • Wants to be part of a school that is transforming lives through education.
