Two Rivers School is seeking a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning, helping pupils develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a motivated and inspirational teaching assistant who will:
Good standard of education (5 x GCSE’s – English and Maths C or above) or equivalent
qualification/experience (e.g. substantial experience as a Teaching Assistant).
Have an understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these
Have an understanding of principles of child development and learning processes and in particular, barriers to learning
Be able to plan and implement effective actions for pupils at risk of underachieving,
Be a natural communicator with the ability to relate to both pupils and adults.

Two Rivers CofE Primary school is an outstanding school in a new, state-of-the-art building located in the heart of the new Hygge Park development in Keynsham.
