What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and dynamic teaching assistant to join our team. This role will involve some 1:1 and small group work, whole class support and interventions to support learning and well-being. We would like to appoint someone who is:

- Passionate about children's learning and has a good understanding of the curriculum

- An excellent communicator, patient and resilient

- Reliable, punctual and flexible

- Knowledgeable in supporting children's emotional needs

- Willing to support the Christian ethos of the school

This role will involve some 1:1 and small group work, whole class support and interventions to support learning and wellbeing. You will also be required to supervise lunch and playtimes on a rota.
