What skills and experience we're looking for
- Familiar with EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
- Have experience working with children with high level or Special Educational Needs.
- A flexible attitude and a sense of fun
- Support the teacher, maintaining class records, adapting resources to the needs of the pupils, collect evidence and contributing to pupil progress reports; promote pupils’ good behaviour and independent learning strategies.
- Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly, and supportive environment.
- Curriculum support by undertaking structured learning activities indoors and outdoors, adjusting according to pupil responses.
- Have an understanding of speech and language programs and children's sensory needs.
- Support the school's Christian ethos.
